Can I cook a cheesecake with a cardboard cake round on the bottom to provide a gift?
I want to find an easy way give a cheesecake without worrying about getting my springform base metal back. I thought about putting a round of cardboard on the bottom, but do not know if you can bake in it, or should I just use a round of parchment? Or have a better idea?
