There is a vitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement store in almost every shopping mall in the United States. We can also find vitamins, minerals and shelves antioxidant supplement in almost every supermarket. More and more people are taking food supplements today.
But there are few people who still refuse taking vitamins, minerals and antioxidant supplements. They think your diet is sufficient and there is no need to take some supplements. In theory what they say may be true, but really can not get all the nutritional needs of the food it consumes only.

The RDA was originally developed to help people reduce the rates of developing serious nutritional deficiencies such as scurvy, rickets, beriberi, etc., that are rarely seen in our modern world. Instead, it should address in this industrialized world are degenerative diseases, such as illness cardiac, cancer, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.. In order to prevent degenerative diseases, we need to consume each day the optimal level of nutrients, beyond the recommended RDA level.
5. The complete nutritional intake is necessary for optimal health.
